Join us for a unique fusion of healing and yoga. As you practice Kaiut yoga with instructor Laura Inbody, Leanne Holitza will be working on your etheric self, providing you with a small, handwritten assessment at the end to help you continue your healing journey.

Meet Your Instructors

Laura began exploring the world of yoga over 20 years ago, practicing Ashtanga and Iyengar Yoga in Boulder, CO. From the beginning of her journey, becoming a teacher and sharing the practice with others was a goal. For several years, starting a family was her main focus, yet the dream of teaching remained, simmering in the back of her mind. A friend suggested Kaiut yoga to her one day and was so enthusiastic about it she decided to try it for herself. The deep healing and sense of calm she experienced from the practice was all the motivation she needed to bring that dream of teaching into focus again. Laura earned her 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Certificate in November 2016. She began studying directly with Francisco Kaiut in February 2017. When not spending time with family and friends or teaching yoga, Laura can often be found reading non-fiction at home, in her pajamas.
