How often do you recommend getting an energy healing?

This is a very personal experience. Some people plan around big events, i.e. birthdays, anniversaries, first of the year. Some people come every week while they work through something big. Once you are an existing client you can book as often as you would like. For new clients, please visit the new client page.

Do you accept guest posts on your blog?

We are very close to the community. We only want to provide them with the best content that is relevant to uplifting their lives. If you think your blog would do that, please review the guest blog policies and review process here.

What is your shipping policy?

Because we are a small boutique shop, it could take up to seven days for your item to leave our shop. We will do our best to turn it around quickly and send you a confirmation with your tracking number. We do not ship outside the United States.

What is your refund policy?

Items purchased online must be returned within 60 days of purchase. The item must be in its original condition. Items must be unused and unwashed. Custom products are final and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, changes, or alterations.

Digital files are non-refundable, however, if there is a significant issue with the file, please notify me within 7 days of purchase for a resolution.

For services with Leanne Holitza, the customer shall notify Insightful Inspirations of any cancellation or intent to reschedule by contacting lholitza@insightfulinspirations.org within 24 hours in advance of the session or class. Insightful Inspirations reserves the right to charge a full session cancellation fee for an appointment canceled within less than twenty-four hours of the appointment to the credit card on file or the full amount of the class tuition. A penalty for customers that repeatedly cancel within the twenty-four (24) hour cancellation window will be refused service unless a non-refundable full-deposit of the appointment fee is paid in advance.

For our guest healers, please pay in advance to finalize your spot. We require 7 days notice for a cancellation in order to receive a refund, otherwise, 100% of your order will be charged for the event.
