“I have heard many discussions, read many books, received many teachings all about kindness and loving kindness anywhere from father Thomas, Sharon Salazberg to the Dalai lama and other traditions. All these teachings kind of asking you to be kind and have love and kindness but none of them go go into the detail that the transmission of the light council provided.
The Light Council goes into much more detail and subtle nuances of what certain energy can do and more importantly what the opposite can do, not just by action but even by thought, etc.

I recommend The Light Council Project for anyone who is looking to explore the metaphysical a bit deeper, but in small, bite-sized chunks of time. I treat the weekly videos like guided meditations and return to specific ones as needed for healing or exploration on a particular topic.
